Sandy Hill Life Drawing June 25th

Since Sandy hill Life drawings are only wednesdays, this will be my last time here, as I'll be doing a Carleton course monday and wednesdays starting next week. So I decided to try something new and cartoon the model instead. The first one was a 10 minute pose, and the rest were 30 minute long poses.

St. Mary's Mural

A friend of mine from church, Doug McColeman, had asked me to do a wall design for their youth group room. I did this design, with the priest being on the door.
We took a day to primer and paint the whole room so that we could start this project. So far, they finished the wall part and with the help of the painters, Doug, Stefanie, Liz and the rest of the gang, this is what it looks like now. A job well done by all of us!

Porcupine

There's a facebook group that encourages you to create characters based on words that are listed. So for this one, there were two words we had to use to come up with our character: porcupine and a fruit hat. I hope I get more creative next time and make a better one. But this is what I came up with:

My Sis' Convocation

I got to draw on the program booklet once again for my sisters convocation in Scotiabank Place today. This one was around 2 hours, but not as filled up as the other done in the NAC. This could be because it was in the morning and I just needed a warm up.

Workplace Drawing

So one of my co-workers, Renny, wanted me to draw his two nieces and copy the Bratz logo and put it at the bottom of their picture like so:

I was doing it while I was working, so it is not crazy good, but its decent.

Ottawa U Convocation

One of our family friends received her PHD yesterday at the NAC. The whole ceremony was about 2 1/2 hours. As usual, I ended up finding a pen and started drawing on the program booklet (which was as thick as a notebook). This is what I came up with for 2 hours and 15 minutes lol.

Life Drawing May 30th

This is my first life drawing since school finished on April 25th, 2008. I was also pretty tired through that class, so you will not see an awesome life drawing yet. I will be going to more friday night life drawings so I can improve myself.

This was done on May 30th and was given one hour to do it.
